Share your opinion about McDonald's
Extremely hit or miss. Especially in drive thru late at night. For some reason if you go around 10:00pm or later, it's an absolute slog to get through drive thru. I waited in line for 20-25 minutes on two separate occasions, w and there were maybe 4 cars in front of me? They must have some type of cleaning going on or staffing issues.

This restaurant needs secret shoppers and an audit. H
Kept trying to serve me cold fries. 1st they were room temp and very brown , clearly old fries, not even a minute later was given another order from the SAME batch at the fry location. Finally got lighter colored and fresh fries. Employees need yo be restrained in customer service and negative looks or disgruntled gestures when fixing a mistake or dealing w customer satisfaction
