My husband and I went to Minervas after checking our daughter into St Luke's Hospital. We got there about 1:30 pm. We had been up all night as we had came from another ER hospital that didn't have results in getting my daughter's bleeding stopped from an tonsil that had reopened after being temoved. We try to go for brunch at Minervas after Church on Sundays as often as we can do so with our schedule. Brunch is excellent, except that I must say that the biscuits are on the HARD SIDE--definitely not soft/fluffy style Southern biscuits; and, the gravy, on occasion, is hard, that is, the gravy needs more moisture in it's composition in order to put it over one's biscuit if one desires to do so.
