“I live in Tennessee and was having some cookies delivered to my son-in-law in Waterloo and put the wrong address down for the delivery. I called the store as soon as I discovered this and spoke with Jordan. The delivery person had just left with my order and she ran out to catch them and give them the correct address. Jordan was so awesome! She went above and beyond to help me correct my mistake. This is what 5-star customer service looks like!“

“I ordered cookies for my open house party for my dog grooming salon Bubbles & Bows that just opened in Evansdale. I went to pick up and they were running a bit behind due to a busy day. No worries, I totally get that! They were kind enough to deliver the cookies when they were finished! The cookies themselves were so cute! A huge hit at my open house! Thank you Bambinos Bakery!“
