Horribly slow service and waited longer than we’ve ever waited for food at a Chick-fil-a. Terrible terrible decision to get rid of the front counter help. Won’t be back until you fix it.
We arrived and stood in front not knowing they changed their order process and got rid of their front registers. We had to finally get someone’s attention. She gave us a menu and table marker. We were told to have a seat. We then waited another 10 mins and finally just ordered online from our table. Really bad idea getting rid of registers. Definitely not fast food anymore.
