The food was tasty but they were out of guacamole... which they shouldn't be out of anything. Only one server, so long wait.!
So disappointed with this location. The chips were absolutely stale. The queso was most certainly thinned with water. Our burritos were poorly constructed, so sloppy and messy. I doubt we ever go back.
Longtime Chipotle goer since 2009 back in Chicago, recent transplant to Des Moines area. Been avoiding this location due to the rating and reviews. Gave in since short on time and had a movie at the Palms.
Did not see any of issues mentioned? Burrito was fat, tasted good. Place was a little messy but that’s the default at chipotle these days. I’ve had worse tasting chipotle and less portions at others.
