“Brooke was new to the store and was awesome! Very sweet young lady and was very good with helping my granddaughter’s order! The manager on duty today is excellent with his staff, constantly giving them compliments, helping them and was very good explaining to Brooke when she had questions. They let me know right as we came in that bread was coming out of the oven in 3 minutes since the order before me was a huge catering order that was a walk in order, not an issue! I am so happy we waited since the service her was 110% The store was very clean, the restroom was super clean and all the staff were very friendly! I definitely will be coming back to this location again! The food was absolutely delicious! Thanks for being awesome!

“I am a frequent customer at this location, to the point where they know my order by heart. The employees there are nothing short of amazing and kind, and are very focused on their job. Sometime last week, I believe their computer system was down or something, but that didn't affect their work ethic. I would happily recommend this location to everyone I know, and I often compare other Subway locations to this one due to how wonderful they are.“

“A little off our path from the highway but the service and food well worth it. Your typical deli fair but the secret is in the sauce. That's right their house made dressing was a big difference and left a nice sweet tang to the sandwich. Definitely recommend it if you're in a hurry and want something to fill you up.

“First time experiencing Potbelly was yesterday, went through the drive through and got the powerhouse salad ( regular size) I was blown away by the size and it was only $10 bucks, even better was they didn’t use Iceberg lettuce but rather greens and romaine, the only thing I did not care for was the processed chicken but I will just ask to leave that off for the next time. This place will be my new healthy addiction because it is AMAZING ? The drive thru staff was also very friendly with smiles , I will be back soon “

“I went here for a light dinner since most of my first options were closed.I’m going to guess it was just the end of the day but the drink machine needed some cleaning. The floors near some tables near the walls weren’t much better.Fortunately, the sandwich I got - the Turkey Bacon Ranch - tasted good. The pickle spear was pretty crisp and not dripping with brine (I’m thankful for that).Overall, this Firehouse Subs did a good job on food but I hope they can improve their cleanliness.“

“The food was made at the promised time for an online pickup order. The food was delicious and the prices seemed reasonable for what you get. The subs were a little messy. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I could smell sewage. This was a definite turn off and I can see why no one was eating inside.“

“There was a sign for where you could order your meals but it wasn’t very visible so we had gotten in line for adding the ingredients and making the sandwiches (which we thought was the start of the line) but then had to go back to the front to order. Very crowded don’t recommend going during the weekend especially lunch hours. Their internet was down so they could only do charges up to 25 dollars one at a time. The kimchi Philly was delicious. The associate who made our sandwiches and took payment was helpful and efficient“

Every time I come to this Quiznos, the staff have been very friendly and my food is always made perfect! A little pricey, but well worth it. If you like a little kick, try their Chipotle mayo. “I've been frequenting this Subway more often these days. This is one of my Go-To Subways.
I have tried Subways at quite a few places in Des Moines.
And, I can say - by far - this is the bets of the lot - both in terms of service and quality of food.

The staff is amazing. All of them do a wonderful job.
Rohin (or Arun) - He has been the one who takes care of my order most of the times. Very nice person, humble, with a great attitude, great listener and customer focused.
Jen - She is an amazing woman. Pleasant attitude, very attentive.
Rocky - He is another wonderful staff. Great service and nice friendly attitude.

Being a vegetarian, my options are limited. But, the staff makes sure that their hands are clean and washed and they take proper care of my dietary needs.

And, Rajesh - he is the owner and manages this outlet quite well.

“Wanted to wait until I visited this new location at least four times before giving an honest review. Well, after four visits are not completed, I will say that the staff and owner of this place are doing things the right way! I used to be a subway and Jimmy Johns customer, but after visiting this location multiple times, I am now a Jersey Mike's customer. The owner is really outgoing and easy to talk to, making things more relaxing once the order is being processed. The staff that prepares the food are friendly also, and they aim to please as much as possible (within reason). The sandwiches are built with care, not sloppily put together like other establishments I have visited. The facility is clean, and safety making the sandwiches is always practiced. They are also very efficient getting the order processed in a timely manner. For the near future, this will be my "To-go" place for fast food. Thank you!“

“First time at this location and it was easily the best Subway I've visited in over 10 years. Bread was soft and fresh, the sandwich was put together correctly and not falling apart. I can't begin to tell you how many times I've had subs with all the toppings falling out and making a huge mess, let alone the bread being hard, stale and crumbling. What a great sandwich! “Great Subway location!! It has charging stations, the facility is clean. The employee's are friendly. The reason for not a 5 star is upon request for a plastic knife to cut up my tomatoes I was informed they had none. Then I requested a knife so I could do it myself they said they couldn't let me use a knife (which I totally understand) then I asked if they could just cut it for me. I had not opened the salad or anything yet. I was told they don't do chopped salads anymore. Ok cool lol. So moral of the story if you want your tomatoes cut up on your salad ask while they are preparing your food. I would like to re-itterate no employee was rude or disrespectful. Very pleasant staff!“
