“I made an order to pickup and when I walked in the door there were 5 employees and not a single one acknowledged me in any way. Not one smile or even eye contact. They were all very busy working and I get that but it only takes a second to acknowledge a customer. The cookies look fantastic and taste amazing. No complaints about the product but I do think the customer experience is not great due to being ignored by the staff.“

“Best donut shop in town. The sausage roll is wrapped in donut pastry. There were a few things i had never heard of before. The employees were kind and efficient. Next time we will go earlier because there were lots of ppl and they were selling out fast.“

“I forgot to make a review when I bought this, so better late than never! I came in with a custom cake order for my best friend who recently had a major surgery. To make her feel better, she requested a cake, and being the silly people we are, I requested they put an inside joke on top of the cake. It turned out amazing!! Service was great, prices are great, and it was delicious! I can't wait to go back and order more yummy things. 😊“

“I have come to this location many times and the employees are always very friendly and efficient!! The only downside to this crumbl bakery would be the location it is in such a bad spot and the parking is always super busy and very tight. I’ve almost been hit multiple times by people parking basically on top of my car.“

“Butter, butter & more butter. Everyone needs to exercise restraint when it comes to this place. I visit only once or twice per week and would go more often if I could. Breakfast, cappucino and pastries are outstanding. French cooking with butter, a la Julia Child’s. They also sell Italian dishes for home that need a little bit extra salt and pepper for more of a flavor punch, but with authentic home type recipes that are healthier than your average big factory manufacturing“

“I can't say enough great things about ChaCha's Bakery! My friend pre-ordered a custom cake from another cake baker five months in advance, only for them to cancel a month before the event. So I reached out to ChaCha's (with only 3 weeks notice), and they were more than happy to take on the order. I don’t need to search for other bakeries in town because ChaCha's is the only place I'll go from now on. I met the owner at a chamber event years ago, and I'm so glad I did. If you want top-tier service, exceptional quality, and a team that truly cares, ChaCha’s Bakery is the best in the business!“

“I dont give 5 stars for any company.This is far my favorite bread next Brownberry.I try to avoid not buy the company branded labels like Hyvee, Fareway or Great Value (Walmart brand). Just too bad I dont see this brand in Walmart.i know some Walmart Great Value bread is Country Hearth bread just the private labelHyvee sometimes is under Sara Lee.Just like tortilla- Mama Lupa's has there private label for HyveeSara Lee is just too expensive. Especially at Hyvee and Fair“

“Wonderful Mexican bakery! The best part? Very clean. The lady behind the counter was super kind when we asked her about certain items and she kept cleaning and wiping things down. We got some bolillos and conchas. The worst part? There is only street parking but we found a spot right in front.“

“We were married 10/24, and Chef Nik did our cake and cookies (we had cookies and milk for dessert). The cake was BEAUTIFUL and everything we wanted and then some. It tasted even better, and everyone loved the cookies (like, we had zero leftovers..). HIGHLY recommend Nik for all your dessert needs!“

“The gentleman working was awesome! My 4yr old wanted to order her own food which (of course) meant my 2 year old needed to order his own as well and he was great about it. Very patient and directed all questions to the appropriate party while checking (covertly) for approval before fulfilling any part. When she saw the letters on the lid my daughter asked if that was her name and he said "oops how could i have forgot the most important part?" And she happily provided it so it could say her name. Another customer walked up in the middle of all of this and i told him he was welcome to help them first but he just smiled and shook his head and continued the conversation with my kids (another associate did come help the other person). I know sometimes its a pain when kids start exerting their independence and it can be very frustrating at times but to those that take the time to encourage it and assist with development I say thank you. The sense of accomplishment it gave them to do something as simple as ordering their own food is still fondly remembered over a week later (forever in their lifetime) lol“

“We ordered the champagne cake for a birthday party. The cake was ready on the day and time specified. Family and friends were so impressed with the cake. It was beautifully decorated and tasted fabulous. The cake made the birthday celebration all the more special. I highly recommend the Bake Shoppe.“
