Based on the reviews, Hardee’s has both good workers and not-so-good workers. Some workers really don't want to be there, and customers remind them to never forget sauces. The restaurant can feel dingy inside. The BLT crispy chicken sandwich and fries were ordered, but the fries weren't fresher. The chicken piece was small compared to the bun. However, the staff and service are absolutely amazing at times. One crew prepared a meal in no time, even when a customer arrived 6 minutes before close. Another crew made the food wonderful, calling Hardee’s a gem. A common issue is that all of the toppings are put on the bottom bun, making everything slide out and create a big mess. Lettuce, pickles, onion and sauces should go under the top bun.
