“Seriously one of the best restaurants in Boise. The food is excellent. I’m a vegetarian and that can make it tough to find places with more than a couple things to try. Not here—there’s an entire menu. Service was absolutely top notch. So friendly and attentive. It was my spouse’s birthday and they overheard and brought us dessert (which was also delicious). The interior is very nice…modern but cosy and unpretentious. Everything is perfect here…the ambiance, the service, and the food—just perfect.“

“The food is very good. We have tried pizza and salads and both were fresh and very tastey. The on-line ordering is horrible. Yesterday we placed a to go order at 3 pm and was told that it would not be ready to pick up until 7 pm, 4 hours later. That is not unusual and sometimes they stop on-line ordering several hours before closing. They either need more ovens, a better system or discontinue take out orders because on-line ordering for take out is very frustrating and annoying.“

“As I pulled into the drive through, I got a bunch of texts & a call that my son’s school was on lockdown & there were a lot of police. I was freaking out & finally got my app up to scan for a free 5 piece. I told the kid sorry & what was going on. I get to the window & the sweet girl handed me a brownie & said sorry about my son’s school & hoped everyone is ok. I hadn’t eaten all day & due to terrible roads, I had about a 45 min drive to get home. I opened up the nugget & they gave me a 10 piece. It was a false threat thank heaven. Love their Spicy Tuna Roll. That crunch he adds to the tuna filling is good. Especially dipped into a mixture of soy sauce & wasabi.

Their lunch specials from 11am-230pm are inexpensive and filling. Especially with their egg flower soup that they offer for FREE with your lunch special purchase.

They definitely TRY to put utmost love and care into what they do. So whether you have a bad experience or good experience make sure to always come back for we are human, sinners, and imperfect.

Friendliest staff, manager & owner we have ever met in Idaho (36 years of dining, here). Five-star food. Best BIRTHDAY date we have ever had. “My husband and in laws and I stopped for lunch. My husband ordered the liver and onions and said it was delicious. Generous portion of yummy mashed potatoes and liver and onions were cooked to perfection according to him. ( I don't like liver and onions no matter how they are cooked.) My mother-in-law and I had the soup of the day, lentil and ham soup. It was the best lentil soup I have ever had. I could have eaten two bowls of it. My father-in-law had breakfast combo eggs, lots of hash browns, a hunk of ham, 2 slices of bacon and 2 sausages. We also had a very moist and tasty brownie with ice cream and a very good piece of cherry pie ala mode. All of this food came to only $61!!

He greeted us with a smile as we walked through the door, asked us how our meal is, and filled up our drink twice. He even remembered our drinks the second time without having to ask us! Never brought breadsticks, refilled our waters, and food was cooked wrong. Over all just wasn’t taken care of. The girl who ran our food, Maren, was outstanding. Got us our refills and our bread sticks. Along with taking my over cooked steak off our tab along with our appetizer just to make up for the lack of service. She went above and beyond. “The french onion soup was good to me. Hubby got 1/2 hot roast beef sandwich, and I got 1/2 a grilled chicken blt. He liked his, but I only had 3/4 of a piece of bread, which made it impossible to pick up and eat. I know that when the fellow made it, he knew that it was impossible to pick up. But they served it anyway. That's what kind of makes me have a not great opinion. This is only our second time having lunch here, so perhaps they were having an off day. Eat the pastries, though. They are GREAT!“

While some say the menu items are going downhill, I've still got my personal favorites. Also, we can't really blame the staff for corporate changes to the menu. The staff here at this location has always been warm and welcoming. Wifi is fast, plenty of deals, and unlimited caffeine for your working/ schooling needs. I recommend the Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt and the Toasted Frongeta Chicken sandwiches (opt for the Ciabatta bread). The pick two system is great, but it's hard for me to pick a soup over more sandwich- the soups are great though.

Definitely recommend the sip club, even if you don't drink coffee. Also the drive-thru is a quick way to get a large soda any time you are on the road. Sip club also works country-wide so you can get free drinks on road trips, airports, etc. It's great, especially when you can get the $3/ month deal.

Additionally, if you're feeling non-sociable, you can get everything you need with the kiosks or the app. It really does not get any more convenient. Wake up, grab unlimited coffee, snag a wall plug for your laptop, and get to it! Thanks to all the peeps behind the counter for making our daily workload less insufferable 💪“
