So Smoke & Thyme is the Food Truck that serves up the food for the customers of White Dog Brewing. (It took us a little bit to figure this out.) But we are so glad we did!!! We had the wings to start…phenomenal! Perfectly smoked and crispy with the dry rub option. I had the French dip which might be one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. top 10 at least. Situated in a beer hall- the White Dog- a lovely kitchen! We (2) split a Cobb with chicken salad and fish ( pollock) and chips. SUPER good and fast, and an absolute tonne of food ( and we are "good eaters").Our server "pre split" our orders and the presentation was very, very nice. Fries had a novel (good) seasoning and nice and crispy. Nice vibe to the place too ( fans of the yellow lab:))

Grab a beer at White Dog and enjoy a meal that is always awesome. Wings , burgers, dogs, bacon peanuts. It's all good. This is legit the best fry sauce in Idaho. Every sauce they make is awesome, but get the fry sauce.
