“Very friendly! The food was amazing. Highly recommend this place.“

“We live two hours away from Pocatello and we always go to Jumbo‘s to eat. Their breakfast is great. Their lunch menu is great. Overall their food is great.. friendly efficient staff and Cory is a great cook and so is the others. I can see that they’re happy working there which that tells me a lot. Their homemade bread and cinnamon rolls makes your mouth just water. Reminds me of my younger years when my mom and my grandmother used to bake bread..“

“I just want to give a huge shoutout to Shay at Panera Bread! ❤

We placed an online order and unfortunately had a small item missing. I called to let them know, and Shay went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She took it upon herself to personally bring the missing item to us, even taking the time and using her own gas to make it happen.

What really stood out to me wasn’t just that she fixed the mistake—it was the fact that she genuinely cared that we were taken care of. She didn’t have to go out of her way like that, but she chose to. That kind of selflessness and customer service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized.

Thank you, Shay, for going above and beyond and showing such genuine care for your customers. Panera is lucky to have someone like you on their team! We truly appreciate you! 💕“
