“Paddles Up Poke in Eagle was such a delicious poke bowl! I wish I lived nearby! But, we were on our drive from Utah to Cascade. Made a slight detour to Paddles Up in order to eat a fresh meal. I can't recommend it enough. I will absolutely stop by again in the future. I love a good poke bowl and for land-locked Idaho, everything tasted fresh to me!“

When I got there, my wife and I put the kids to bed and spent time together before having dinner. When we opened it we were in for a big surprise!
