If I could give 0 stars I would. My kids wanted this for dinner. We ordered it on the app because we were ordering the stuffed crust. The order was supposed to be done at 8:57. My husband went in at 8:59 because we did not get the text yet that it was ready. They told him it just went in the oven and it would be done in about 10 minutes or so. We sat in the parking lot for about 20 more minutes still no alert. I walked in to get the pizza and the crew supervisor pulled it out...read full review
Went in during hot and ready hours and only 1 pizza is hot and ready. Nothing else even remotely close to being ready, like not even in the oven or being prepared for the oven. The employees in the back were just standing there. When its hot n ready hours at least have the items that should be hot n ready. Very annoyed.

Little Caesars Pizza offers a mixed dining experience. While some customers praise the helpful staff who ensure fresh and hot pizza, others have encountered issues with long wait times, cold and congealed food, and a lack of attentive management during busy periods. The restaurant seems to struggle with consistency, as the quality of service and food can vary significantly across different visits. Customers recommend requesting fresh pizzas and planning for longer waits, especially during peak hours, to ensure a satisfactory experience. Recent reviews highlight problems with online orders, such as pizza with barely any cheese or toppings that look sparse, and disappointing wings that are tiny and lack meat. Some customers also noted that delivery orders arrived cold and unappetizing, and questioned whether deals affect the quality or quantity of toppings. Despite these issues, the puffs are appreciated, but overall, visitors advise planning ahead and being prepared for possible delays or less-than-ideal food quality.
