McDonald's in Boise

“I went in tonight for a mobile order and immediately let me know they were working on my chicken sandwich and making fresh fries. When I asked for some of the limited edition mambo sauce they hooked it up! This is my favorite location and they always make sure my order is done correctly.“

“They were actually very Rude.
When they took my payment.
When I had to watch my drinks, and food sit by the window, after being ready to deliver.
I tapped on the window, to ask for my food, that was ready and waiting for me, only to get attitude from the staff member.
It's getting really ridiculous to go to a fast food restaurant and be treated like a lower class citizen, all becausethey want to chat with each other, instead of doing their job..
I believe I was treated that way, because I didn't use the McDonald's app.
So McDonald's gets a thumbs down!“

“I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my experience at this location. Attention to detail, and quick order prep were big key points for me. Thanks to the staff for being able to be so quick, friendly, detail oriented, and clean! I would never have thought a McDonald's could thrive in a neighborhood like the one this is near. “They are fast and friendly but it doesn't look as if there manager is doing the job of keeping there employees on the right track on the appearance they sometimes have.
I used to work at McDonald's and If I dressed like some of these workers do I would of gotten fired for lack of proper work apearance. the dress code policy never differs from store to store and doesnt it get followed like it needs to at other stores. Seems like its a
Random from on day labor or getting paid under the table. Who wears sunglasses at night in the drive-thru and doesn't say nothing but there you go. WTH.“

“Called in a very large order! Manager took call was pleasant on phone and accommodated the order. When I got to the restaurant John was running front counter. John was friendly, well dressed and presented himself well. I have to say I have never had this experience at a McDonald's in my life. The AM manager has built a great team. Everyone was smiling and friendly. I wish all McDonald's were like this.“

“Every time we come here, always getting stared at and talked about. "They don't need all that food." We worked for it, thank you. Kills the atmosphere of a socially safe environment. Other than that, food is out fast and hot. Quick service and friendly staff, service is sometimes a bit slower since they have times when they're very busy.“

“Hailey at the front is a superstar always making sure customers don't wait at the front for service like other McDonald's in the area, food is always fresh at this location, especially when Hailey is running things, as a manager in a different industry, I definitely recommend McDonald's trains more ppl the way Hailey is trained to run this location. “I really liked this location. Though I would like to see them have a larger playground what stood out to me was the service. The gal who brought us our food was friendly and when she saw that I ordered extra apple slices she grabbed the packet with the most slices stuffed in it to make my little boy happy. Little things like her gesture are what make this location great. ☺️“

“They canceled my order on my way there on my break at work and I unfortunately had to order inside and was late off break, but when I went inside I could tell they were slammed and Leroy in the front was SO kind and helpful and apologetic to me (which wasn't necessary but very sweet) thank you Leroy for all your hard work and smiles. And thanks to all the hard workers doing the best they can at this location, it is very busy“

“I've been here quite a few times and it's the peak of McDonald's food. I have yet to have been disappointed. I have had a couple things get messed up but we are all human and they always apologize sincerely and fix the issue as fast as possible.“

“The staff at this McDonald's location are friendly, and the food is exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's. Although prices continue to climb, which makes frequent visits harder, I still drop by occasionally for my McChicken or Nuggets. The place is always clean whenever I've been inside.
