“I am giving a 5 star review for the 2 sweet gentleman working tonight at 1:45am. We were patient and waited for our food for about an hour and some change. We had used the app to order. Other customers got frustrated and stormed off. One even yelling at them. But I hope that the Management can prioritize rushes and take in to account the busy times and schedule their staff accordingly.“
“Not leaving a bad review cause accidents happen but we made an order on May 19th probably around 8pm. We got everything in our order but it’s like they were playing arts are crafts with our food. Doritos tacos were made with beans not beef, our order of beans had tomatoes, onions and sour cream added and 7 of our other items all had an extra ingredients in them. It was very disappointing getting an almost $40 order with every item made wrong. I’m really hoping this was just someone in training who didn’t know any better because what the heck.“

After 17:00 (5:00 pm) though it gets extremely busy as it's the only 24 hour location in Boise so sometimes they have to limit their service to drive-thru and delivery pick up services so the line is VERY long if you don't order ahead.“
“I visit here often and they’re pretty notorious for messing up orders. Luckily, Amira today was very kind and noticed i had asked for easy ice and received a regular amount. They instantly remade it for me and was very kind! I think a lot of people forget it’s just a taco bell and we shouldn’t expect high quality service, but it is nice to see a high quality employee :)“
