“My teenage boys were a part of a backpacking group that started their journey on the Pacific Northwest Trail in Western Montana and ended their journey in North Idaho at Feist Creek Restaurant. This was during a hot time of the year and the whole group had blisters, were short on water...and were just plain worn out. They had dinner at Feist Creek Restaurant and then stayed on the lawn there for the night waiting to be picked up the next morning. They LOVED their dinner, my eldest raved about the catfish and hushpuppies, my youngest son LOVED his huckleberry sundae. But here's the best part: the restaurant opened early on Sunday morning to feed this whole group breakfast on the house. Who does this??? I'll tell you who: people who care about going above and beyond in the customer service arena and want repeat business and rave reviews. I spend time up the Moyie flyfishing and camping - you can bet I'll drive out of my way to give this place my business and I'll encourage all my friends and family to do the same. Feist Creek...if you read reviews, know that I think you are amazing! Thanks for treating our boys with warmth and kindness and refreshing their bodies and souls - what an example to a group of young people living in a world that "looks out for number one." Blessings to you all!!!“

“Working in bonners ferry and I was shocked to see a pupuseria..so after work I told myself..ok I must try this place..went in it's a great little restaurant..I ordered the Salvadoren breakfast and of course papusa..they make it there ..not heated from the fridge you can hear her slapping the masa for the Papusa and put on the grill..so yes it might take a little longer but it was so worth it..and the fried platano and beans reminded me of my childhood..the Papusa wasn't a little disc this was big and filled with beans and cheese..I could not finish everything..I will be back..husband and wife team and it shows with how they care about the customer and even walked away buying cigars..so yes you need to try this spot ..one bite and your hooked..thank you for everything.“

“We stopped into have a light snack as we were driving around the area. It is beautiful territory. The staff was very helpful and knew quite a bit about the different brews. I was able to try some of their ciders which were very good. My husband loved all of there beers. We tried the Beer Cheese Soup and the Bavarian Soft Pretzel. The soup was saltier than we have had before. They also served the pretzel with a Little Dipper of the soup. If we would have known that we could have only bought the pretzel. The soup was better with the pretzel. It took away some of the salt taste.
It is was very clean. It was their slow time for customers so they were cleaning windows, etc. to get ready for the Friday rush. And they were all very nice and honest. I forgot my purse in the bathroom and they brought it out to find the owner. I am so blessed. If ever in town we would definitely go back.“

“A pure delight. Food was great and people were amazing. From an accessibility standpoint - ok to get in over packed gravel parking lot but bathrooms are a no go. Unfortunately bathrooms are not accessible but the men’s room could be made to be easily with a wider door.
If the owners are reading please change details to non-accessible bathroom. It is helpful to those who travel far to come see you !
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible into the restaurant but no accessible bathrooms“
