“Today for lunch I ordered a foot long turkey and cheese sandwich on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. The sandwich was delicious 😋. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. They made it correctly. Unlike other Subways in Pocatello! I order through Door Dash at times. I was surprised and disappointed when I didn’t see soft drink options on the app? Why? They only had 3 drink selections none of them fountain drinks.. I found this puzzling and none of which I wanted. My drink is Diet Pepsi. Also, i couldn’t select pepper jack cheese. The app would only let me select American cheese which doesn’t have any flavor 🙄. I like the pepper jack cheese 🧀. So I am going to bring that to the attention of Door Dash thats a guarantee! I don’t care 🤷🏻 if pepper jack cheese costs more! Thats what I wanted.“

“We were greeted nicely even we came in. The gal informed us that they were out of white bread which was ok because we get wheat anyway. It was an exciting purchase for me because I got the BOGO offer for the name of the day... my name starts with "D"! Pretty cool!

“I had never experienced Jersey Mike’s before but had heard good things. Right off the bat I was greeted and informed about the menu, my sandwich was made and absolutely topped the charts for me. The bread had crust but was soft, the toppings were high quality and with generous servings. I’ve been back twice, had great device and excellent sandwiches each time!“

I first called the 5th Street location which was WONDERFUL, helped me get the order going. Not being from Pocatello, I did not realize they were so far off the freeway. I called, told them my dilema and it would add 30 minutes to the boys travels. They told me no problem, they would void my order and to call the Chubbuck location. Extremely rude gentleman answered the phone, I tried to place the order. Told him 70 sandwiches. I thought he asked me to repeat the number and I said 70. He raised his voice, said "HELLO?! I can't do that order!" I told him the conversation I had with the 5th Street store and I was told to call them, said he did not care what the 5th street store said, he did not have the time to do this order. FREAKY FAST does not pertain to the Chubbuck Jimmy Johns. Even if they were slammed and could not do the order, this gentleman was extremely rude! Fortunately, Subway took the order the boys got fed!“
