“We just recently moved from AZ to the CDA area. The food at Paisa is as good as the best Mexican food in AZ! Very authentic & very delicious!! I got the carnitas enchiladas; muy bueno!!! I got both the green and red sauces. Their street tacos are mas excellente! Very fast service!“

“The food here is Excellent. Yep, capital "E." I'm particularly fond of the Chorizo Super burrito; it may be the best chorizo in CDA/Hayden. The chorizo is richly spiced without being greasy. And the salsa's are super fresh and tasty! Really, every element is amazing: the beans, the guac, how tightly wrapped the burritos are... these friendly folks and their food are simply the best.“
