“Top Notch Place!! You can tell it's been a labor of love for the new owners. (less than 2 years I believe). They have remodeled a ton and have a ton of kewl different things going on. Karaoke twice a month, painting once a month and more stuff i'm sure I haven't heard about. Today they had the UFC PPV from ABU DABHI at the weird time it aired and for free to their customers!! TOP NOTCH IN MY BOOK!!. GREAT ATMOSPHERE, STAFF AND VIBE.! You'll see me there alot from here on out. (Good Single Ladies take note, I'm one of the good ones lol)“

“Not able to rate the food or the atmosphere since we didn't go in due to construction and we didn't order any food. Staff were extremely friendly. I highly recommend the SF Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel drizzle and whip cream. If you are into stronger coffee, the extra shots will get ya going.“

“Stopped in and had a late lunch while in Nyssa at Bob’s Steak N’ Sprits. My wife had the steak fries with mixed vegetables and I had the Grilled Ham and Cheese with French fries.

The service was quick and the food was good. There is not a lot open in this town for choices so you gotta support local. Salad bar looked fresh and baked potatoes start at 5:00pm.

The restaurant probably doesn’t see much out of towners, but it is for sure with a stop for some food.“

“Beers cold, nice atmosphere. The bathroom is always clean. Its a smoking bar but doesnt smell like cigs. So being a non smoker that is nice. Heidi makes popcorn that is free and if your like me you like to snack while sipping a beer. I like the bands that she has and its just overall a hoot everytime we come in. My husband and I play darts there sometimes also. Highly recommend.“

“I love Jacob’s! Always a good time especially on Friday & Saturday nights for karaoke! Smoke free, which my lungs, clothes, and hair, appreciates! The place is really clean and the bartenders are super friendly! Great for a meet up with friends!“

“I visited the tavern recently and was greeted by a big smile from Gavy she had such a dope spunky personality that made my whole first experience there that much better! My drink was never under half full , the food was pretty good it didn’t take very long at all to get it after ordering and I got to play some slots which was cool gavy recommended some games and I actually came up $90 and that’s always a plus in my book.
I hope the Tavern managers/owners know that they have an awesome employee if it wasn’t for Gavy making that whole experience super chill I’d probably give the place 3 or 4 stars she is definitely the reason that made it 5 stars 🌟 GIVE HER A RAISE , SHE DESERVES IT!“

“Chill taproom with excellent food and a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good, the brews varied and ice cold, the vibe relaxed and the service top notch. They do have a car restoration shop next door so may pick up a car/ oil scent on the inside of the taproom. They offer food, snacks, brews, merchandise, slot machines, ATM and phenomenal service. The prices were so affordable we didn't even feel like we were in the West Coast. Overall a great experience and wish them many more years of success. Bring the whole family you will be happy you did.“

“They sell meat and grilled type tacos of tongue, they are good, the tortilla is made of corn and a two-bite taquito, come to the bar and there, the lady who is serving you speaks little Spanish, but she made the effort and for that she is appreciated Pepsi de rifeel and well those who like beer vdd. While regionally recognized, it's not strange as it's a simple, crispy, fried breaded chicken with sauce. Matsy's has a wide variety of menu choices and a pleasant casual dining atmosphere, but it can get a little loud as it fills up. The service is good, but a shortage of staff may mean a longer than usual wait at times.“
