While it was good, the seasoning seemed a little off from the traditional flavor that I prefer. I say this being a lifelong aficionado of chicken fried steaks. I'd eat there again in a heartbeat, however, but likely have something else from the menu.”

“This coffee house is phenomenal! The coffee itself was delicious (iced latte w hemp) and the decor is out of this world- plants and art and seating everywhere! Even kept up a lot of the history of the old bank. Beautiful space. Glad we drove across the river while visiting to find it. ☕️🚙🌊”

“Great Dinner! Scallops and Lamb were wonderful! Service was ok. It wasn’t busy, I waited more than ten minutes with an empty plate and drink before waiter finally came back. We ordered a second drink and were sipping on those, only had been 45 minutes since we sat, and another waitress brought us our ticket without asking if we wanted anything else?!! Felt like we were being rushed out. There were still seats available downstairs and the upstairs dining was empty when we walked out. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Dinner was delicious though! Would have enjoyed another drink though. 🤷🏻‍♀️”

“This is the best bar in Clarkston!! It’s fun, inclusive, perfectly decorated and lighted, is old and has history, and has great drinks and prices. The folks working there are great too (we had Liv helping us)! I’m so happy we got to see the ole Hogan’s Tavern and grab dinner and drinks here while on a visit. They make their own dressings too! Thank you for being an awesome place! Wish I was a regular here, but we’ll be back when we’re back in town. 🤩🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🍻🍹💜”

“We ordered the Huckleberry cake slices yesterday, got them delivered today and oh my gosh!! They are soooo good and worth the drive!!!! Soft and moist cake that tastes like huckleberry heaven!! HIGHLY recommend trying her cake slices when they are available! Also got her 3 toaster pastries of the week and they are always my go to favorite! Thank you Britton and crew at B’s Bakery! 🧁 🧡”

“My daughter wanted this place for her birthday which is an unusual choice for us usually but she has went here quite a few times with her grandma. I have to say, I was surprised, prices were cheap, they have a room in the back with pool and darts which was fun, service was amazing and fast and then to top it off, one of the best burgers I have ever tried. Definitely did not disappoint. We had family come who had never been there also and they were impressed as well. Over all, great experience. Thank you Effie’s.”

“Every time, and I do mean EVERY TIME, we go to GroundWork Brewing, it alway is the best - best pizzas, and BEST BEERS. You feel like family, and they listen to your ideas, and sometimes they show up. We just got back on a 105 degree evening, the cool inside was great, beer was better, and the pizza fantastic.. Can it get any better in Lewiston, I don't think so.”
