“The food was almost gone when we arrived but was quickly refilled,
there wasn't alot of people for a Friday but you can definitely tell we were all hungry.
The employees stayed busy and out of our way besides to come get the used plates.
The owner was present and it was nice to know he cared to make sure everything was running smooth.
The food was delicious warm and the drinks were not flat. Good job Evergreen
Sorry no pictures this time but the looks matched the flavor“

“I love the beef and chicken thighs especially. My review is based on the teriyaki with those two. The spicy teriyaki wasn't my favorite, nor was the orange chicken. Those panko shrimp were very nice, though. But I go back for the teriyaki beef over and over. 5-star“

“Good vibes and a fun, casual atmosphere. Service is usually great. But the best part about Sushi Time is definitely the food! The all you can eat option is an amazing value and includes most of the menu. The rules about leftover food and not sharing with non-all-you-can-eat people are clearly laid out. Most of the time, but not always, I take advantage of the all you can eat. I love it! Always feel like I got my moneys worth and then some. Their sushi tastes fresh and about as good quality as you can get in a small landlocked Idaho city. Very fun and varied menu selection. I really love the jalapeno bomb/popper appetizer, and the nigiri. Especially the Tai (red snapper) nigiri and the Shrek nigiri. The unagi sauce is delicious. They must know this because it’s on a good number of their rolls. If you haven’t done Sushi Time yet, go try it! They’re awesome!“
