We have been going to Evergreen for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. The food is delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. If ever you are in Idaho Falls, make Evergreen one of your stops for great food and atmosphere!
We go here once a year for my son's birthday usually everything goes perfectly as a great place to go this year I don't know if it was off or what was going on but we had about 20 people for a birthday party called made reservations it wasn't ready it was really dirty and half of our table didn't have the drinks until the middle of the dinner

Rarely do I ever go to a buffet for one particular item, and even though all the food here is very delicious, I cannot get enough of the hot and sour soup with a small amount of red pepper sauce added. It may be some of the best I've ever had
