“This is for the Valleywide Rexburg Location.
The chicken is good! The honey mustard is really a good one.
Well seasoned, decent size tenders.
The potato wedges are good, although the larger ones tend to not be well done, a little firmer than one would want to eat.
It is expensive though for what you’re getting, kinda small portion sizes for the price.
The ambience is ok.
Parking is ok.
The staff could use a pep talk on cheer. I’ve had multiple grouchy employee experiences and I am always trying to cheer em up. I wonder what that says about management.“

“not sure who was working the night on 2/23/26 around 7pm but my goodness my food was absolutely amazing, praise them all and give them a raise please, never had better KFC. don’t care that they weren’t friendly or that they didn’t wanna make small talk, they did their job and that was to get me my food and they did it perfectly“
