“Holy, WOW! I’ve been craving some good taco truck food (my regular truck was gone and I’m super picky!) googled and saw this truck & this place does NOT disappoint. My hubby & I got the spicy pork tacos, green chicken enchiladas, & pollo a la crema! The smell when we got them was the first hint of how amazing they are! I saw them preparing the food and they were super busy/but still very clean, & still only had maybe a 4-5minute wait! The spice is perfect! The salsas are amazing! Again, I love my Mexican food! So if you’re looking for a great food truck that you can even eat INSIDE on a cold day, try this place! You won’t be disappointed! Super nice staff! Definitely will be making this a regular stop! 👏🏼“

“The food is so good, I asked if they could cook for a retirement party! The owners helped me refine my order for the number of attendees and had it all ready to go the day of the event. I ordered two trays of meat, a tray each of rice and beans, tortillas and salsas. We fed 35+ people and sent folks home with leftovers. Everyone raved and said they’d be visiting CalaKas on their own! Thank you guys so much for making this party easy and memorable!!!“

“Tacos El Rojo is a must-try for burritos lovers. The flavors are bold and authentic, and the portions are generous enough to satisfy any appetite. I especially enjoyed the steak burrito, which was packed with tender, juicy meat and fresh toppings. The service was friendly and efficient, and the prices were reasonable. If you're looking for delicious, authentic Mexican food, Tacos El Rojo is the place to go.“

“Family owned and operated. Great food, good laughs and a satisfying feeling of having eaten the best cárnitas in the west. Their food is ? from Michoacan, and although there are many other good alternatives in Idaho Falls, these guys have 30 years consistently making delicious food daily. Top favorite are the weekend Menudo and Carnitas, mulitas, tacos, and don't forget the flan!
The downside, the line to order, usually wraps around the building an 1hr before opening, the space is small and eat-in is very limited.“

“Overall the Union Market is a great place buy familiar latino products, find a variety of meats and even eat some good food. However, it does need some work in the restaurant/food court area, cleanliness, and organizations. Perhaps, an upgrade is due.“

“me and my daughter come here once a week for the garcia fries 🧡 it's our favorite thing to do together! we came last night and it was the best batch to date! “This place puts the “other tacos” (aka Taco Bell and Fiesta Ole) to shame in ALL aspects. Double the everything for half the money, and the ingredients are always fresh. Also, they aren’t sauce sensitive like “other tacos” (meaning the sauce cups are actually full AND your first 2 are free). I would recommend Taco Time to anyone who enjoys the food at “other tacos”, but would like a less expensive, better quality meal at a fraction of the price and the time. High praise Taco Time!!“

“Being from out of town we asked about what there was good to eat in the area and was recommended Garcias Mexican restaurant. We arrived close to closing but was treated great by the staff. The food was Amazing! Great variety from what we have at home. This is definitely going to be a stop for us whenever we're in the Idaho Falls area again even if we have to go out of our way to do it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“We stayed at the hotel across the river and walked here. The food was amazing!! I have no complaints! The queso was exactly like back home and was so good!! I had the chicken chimichanga and it was delicious! They were super busy but still managed to take care of us when needed. I do recommend this place!“

“Great experience, people and atmosphere. Karen, Cynthia and Mia were having a good time and it definitely made our visit fun. Their managers should probably show them some appreciation because good help isnt easy to come by, however from experience fiesta ole would rather hire people that lack motivation and experience or will only rehire people that hated their job the first time but WONT rehire certain people for unexplained reasons even thought they did ALOT for the company and were burned out. Anyways.... Great job tonight guys food was great and so were you!“

“The food here is really tasty and the servers were extra friendly! Tried for the first time, and it was a pleasant surprise. The build your own tamale was pretty good, but the crazy corn and horchata stole the show! Highly recommend them both. Its always fun to eat in downtown IF and recommend giving this place a try if you like tamales. Seating is somewhat limited but also saw an option for to go. Will love to come back again!“
