“Had super fast and friendly service, food was a good portion and good price. I got the hamburger and it was great. Our waiter even got us chips to go! Definitely worth it seeing that McDonald's probably would have been the same price and worse food.“

Tonight however, I went through the drive through like normal and noticed both gentlemen making the pizza have long hair hanging over the pizza as they are making it. Dont know if hair nets are required but nobody wants a long strand of hair in their food.“

Ryan went above and beyond by keeping our drinks full and even bringing out a bowl of water for the dog without us asking. That small gesture really stood out. The food was absolutely incredible—some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The BBQ chicken calzone was my personal favorite. Between the top-notch service and amazing food, we will definitely be back. Great food and great service can be hard to come by, but we found both today at Lucy’s. Thanks again, Ryan!“

“this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“

“The pizzas and salad we had were delicious. They had a generous amount of toppings. The ingredients were high-quality. The pizzas had a thin crust. There was no option for a thicker crust. The sodas were ridiculously priced at $3.25 and the mix didn’t taste exactly right. The seating area was a dump. Worn out carpet, dated furnishings, ripped, upholstery and loud swamp cooler. It was also dark. I would recommend this place as a takeout only. Also, I didn’t like that they charge 4% extra if you usde a credit card to pay.“

“We call them after failed attempts to place an order at Papa John's, they were on the spot, took our order, and delivered in 15 minutes! Very well done. Loved that it was done at their own facility without a call center! They have won us over hands down!“

“Melody, Emma, Chloe, David, Paige, Olivia, Teagan and the rest of the crew are all very friendly. I’m a long way from home for work and they all make me feel as if I am home! The food is great as well as the cocktails. Their pizza and salad are my personals favorites. Im a bourbon drinker but they serve a great beer called “Scotch” by Idaho Brewing Company.“

“We ordered wings and pasta for delivery tonight. An order was dropped off on the porch and when we opened the box it wasn't our order. I called the store and my call was given to a what someone who I assume is a manager (I can't remember his name). He was professional and friendly and immediately set out to correct the mixup and get our correct food delivered to us. In fact, he delivered the food himself (and was quick doing it!!) and brought us a free 2 liter of soda as well! The food was yummy, the gesture of the free soda was great, and the gentleman who went above and beyond to set things right was awesome!“

Despite being short staffed they did not waver and continued to address the issue until is was resolved.
