I placed a delivery order thinking it was at this location, turns out it wasn't, but I had an oversight with my order and called to correct it and the two women working there were very courteous and understanding. I didn't enter the location or try their food, but I will in the future.

Firehouse Subs Chinden & Ten Mile offers sandwiches that some customers call THE BEST. The bread is baked really well with a firm crust and soft inside, and the ingredients are fresh. Customers love that every ingredient can be customized, including the amount added, resulting in a perfect sandwich for each person in the family. Service experiences vary. One family found the location busy but got their food fast and well made; when a youngest daughter dropped her sandwich, the crew made her a new one without being asked. Another customer had a great experience with top notch customer service and subs that were even better, making other sub places look bad. However, one visit was disappointing: it felt cramped with 9 people and not enough seating, they ran out of white bread, and a $43.52 order had mixed up sandwiches with sauce and lettuce on the top of the bread. The people are described as always happy and smiling, orders are always correct, and customers love giving to the fireman and tipping the employees. Good sandwich, good service, fair prices.
