Our family has been here often and never had any trouble. But we were there yesterday and there was an employee there who was so beyond rude I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. We were at the counter about to weigh our yogurt when two very sweet and incredibly polite little girls (maybe 10-12 years old) walked up and kindly got the worker's attention and said that they wanted their drink with Creme but it didn’t have any. The employee wouldn’t even look at them and rolled her eyes and said “Well you didn’t TELL me that” in an incredibly sassy tone. These girls were model citizens, not loud or demanding and asking a simple thing, and looked shocked when that employee was so mean to them. It left such a sour taste in my mouth that I don’t know how I would ever give them our business.

Several flavors were out/unavailable. That shouldn't be the case for the price they charge. They ask for tips as you swipe your card, but it's all self serve.
We usually go to the La crème on Overland off Cole. This location is somewhat bigger, so has more places to gather with friends. However there was only 1 or 2 chocolate selections, most disappointing. But the topping selection was stellar ? ✨️ . Thanks for being a fun alternative to ice-cream.
Dietary restrictions: Noticed you had dairy free choices, for people with lactose intolerance. Nice

I moved a town or two away and still make the trip when I’m feeling froyo! Plenty of options including (gf and dairy free), lots of topping and dressings, plus a punch card/rewards!
I order a dole whip float and never got it. They had one person working and even offered to get the dole whip for him. I can understand being Busy, but ‘m not going to wait an hour. Don’t think I’ll be back anytime some, and I’m done Recommending this
