Good froyo but their loyalty program is really messed up. As you collect points, you can only use those points for one single cup serving. You essentially lose all your accumulated points whenever you redeem. Really backwards and is the anti-thesis of a loyalty program. Disappointed with this owner's approach, despite having a good product and good employees.

Hi. I came to the meridian ustick location on Saturday night and was told by an associate that froyo was free on Sunday for adult men, so I brought my husband and dad back on Sunday and when I asked I was told that the owner cancelled the promo. I was bummed it changed after being told this cause we come here all the time and if customers are told that it should be honored. Menchies was offering half price to dads but we came to La Creme because this is what I was told.

Very disappointed in La Creme. Last year (2024) they offered free frozen yogurt to Dad's on father's day which my husband and I excitedly indulged in. This year, I called La Creme two weeks before father's day to find out if they were honoring the free frozen yogurt again on father's day. They said yes they were. I called my friends to let them know it was a go. So we went on father's day and proceeded to the register with our bowls of yogurt while the guys thinking they were getting their's free. The young girl at the register said the owner decided at the last minute to not honor it because they lost thousands of dollars in profit on Mother's day for the Mothers free yogurt a few weeks earlier. Some of my friends walked out. Some of us stayed, paid and ate ours although disappointed. Just lost our future business la creme! Next year we will be at TCBY where we heard they did honor free frozen yogurt to dad's on Father's Day!!!!!

The frozen yogurt taste so good I personally love the chocolate gelato! They also give sample cups which is good. To be honest I go here like 3-4 times a week.

Some of the toppings were definitely stale though. But I think that's kind of expected at Froyo places.
Music was a little loud, but good songs! Their seasonal sorbet was to die for!

Our family has been here often and never had any trouble. But we were there yesterday and there was an employee there who was so beyond rude I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. We were at the counter about to weigh our yogurt when two very sweet and incredibly polite little girls (maybe 10-12 years old) walked up and kindly got the worker's attention and said that they wanted their drink with Creme but it didn’t have any. The employee wouldn’t even look at them and rolled her eyes and said “Well you didn’t TELL me that” in an incredibly sassy tone. These girls were model citizens, not loud or demanding and asking a simple thing, and looked shocked when that employee was so mean to them. It left such a sour taste in my mouth that I don’t know how I would ever give them our business.

Several flavors were out/unavailable. That shouldn't be the case for the price they charge. They ask for tips as you swipe your card, but it's all self serve.
We usually go to the La crème on Overland off Cole. This location is somewhat bigger, so has more places to gather with friends. However there was only 1 or 2 chocolate selections, most disappointing. But the topping selection was stellar ? ✨️ . Thanks for being a fun alternative to ice-cream.
Dietary restrictions: Noticed you had dairy free choices, for people with lactose intolerance. Nice
