Tin Roof is a bit of a mixed experience. There breakfast tacos- BOMB. love them. Regular tacos for lunch/dinner - decent. A bit bland. And also a bit on the pricey side considering other taco shops in the near vicinity are cheaper and equal or better quality. This is a great little taco joint in downtown Boise. Stopped in based on the Google reviews and was not disappointed. I tried the shrimp taco and the brisket taco and both were delicious. Chips and guacamole were spot on and the price was very reasonable.

I've eaten at both the meridian and downtown locations, both have fast service with good, consistent food. I think my favorite is the fried chicken taco. I've also tried the black bean vegetarian one and fish taco.
