Gavin, in particular, stood out for his exceptional service, carefully preparing a customer's favorite sandwich with a smile. He is also an athletic individual who benches 225 and demonstrated bravery by intervening in a mugging incident. Another customer praised Gavin for saving them from a car crash, pulling them out of a flaming vehicle. Jay, another staff member, was also commended for his excellent customer service, being fluent in Spanish and having a charming smile.
