Always great food and great service. The person at the counter was friendly and the food was great
Until now, I've never cared for Arby's but recently my son introduced me to a really good chicken sandwich and I'm pretty sure I'm hooked! As a retired registered dietitian, cleanliness and food safety is very important when I select a restaurant and Arby's met my high standards in both areas. Thank you for a delightful dining experience, I will be returning in the future.
OMGosh... I'm so glad we came here on Saturday night Jeremy and his crew were the best they took great care of us very prompt service and the food was absolutely fresh as can be

The store might be understaffed, leading to possible mistakes like unfulfilled drinks. However, the Arby's in Nampa on 12th Ave is praised for its friendly staff and great customer service. The fries are a great deal at $1 after 8 p.m. every day, and the restaurant has a cozy atmosphere. Some customers have been served old cold Potato Cakes, and found the beef and cheddar sandwich to have very little cheddar cheese sauce. The staff has always been kind and professional, and the prices are not outrageous, making it a good place to eat. Bethany was amazing and very respectful, providing great customer service.
