“Well, this is definately one of my favorite local restaurants when it comes to burgers and fries, but today I took my uncle here to celebrate his birthday, and the customer service/cahier gal "Maddy" just 'launched' our lunch date into a fun and delightful experience today. I have to say she stands out as the most personable and gracious and fun cashier & server I've experienced there, and she really just elevated celebrating uncle's birthday! “I had the best Customer service from Lizzie at the Nampa Baskin-Robbin’s. She was great and cared about what I wanted. I asked a guy there if they made Strawberry Sundaes and he didn’t know the answer and Lizzie popped up and said yes we have strawberry topping for a sundae. Lizzie needs to have a raise and if she’s not a manager she needs to be one, if she’s is one she needs to have a raise too. It’s because of people like Lizzie people keep coming back.
