“we've been to this location many times without a negative experience. tonight we ordered onion rings, we've loved them on prior visits. upon arrival at our table it was very obvious they were WAY overcooked. we normally scarf them down because they're so good.we ate 2 of them but left the rest. we mentioned it to waiter when he asked if we were ready for our check and he said, "ya those are way overcooked ". He shouldn't have served them in the first place. 10% was taken from total bill but should have been 100% deducted. very disappointing. 1/2 the fatty part of my bacon wasn't cooked! had to pull it off!“

“We’ve been talking about trying this place out for a few years. Finally decided to give it a try. WOW - what a great meal. Atmosphere was a little rustic, but the service was great; food was out of this world good!!! Three of us had three different things, and none of us was disappointed. A little on the pricey side, but well worth the extra couple of bucks for the meals. We’re looking forward to our next visit and taking friends and family with us. Highly recommend“

We had 80 students and parents that got ice cream and they did the best job serving us and creating an amazing experience for students and families! “Food and service was excellent but we got out meal to go since it was packed and at the time there was no place to sit. If the parking lot is full plan on eating in your car or at home. Lol you wont find a place to sit down. I also liked that the burger are made with real meat. Tots are also good. They season them so you don't need condiments to eat them unless you want to since they already have flavor. It was a good experience and will go back again but thru the drive thru.“

“I went in to order my son a milkshake. He got a Carmel one and said it was delicious. The girl that helped us was very friendly and helpful. I drove by a few days later and saw they have dairy free options so maybe next time I will try one too. It was clean and quiet inside. We will visit again.“

“This location is clean. The food was excellent for fast food. Everything was as advertised. The food came out quickly even though it is a busy location.

Out of character a bit, but I asked for the name of the gentleman at the register so I could mention him here. Mike was incredibly welcoming, kind, a great example of exceptional customer service. He even brings food out to customers' tables when able.

I may never come through this area again, but people like Mike remind me of human kindness.

“I frequently get food from this restaurant and I have since I was a kid. I would give the service and the atmosphere five stars but occasionally their there are staff that give me weird looks that say things about me when they think I can't hear what they're saying in the back room and I I wouldn't necessarily call that professional. But otherwise love the food love the quality and it is an amazing restaurant.“

“We brought our granddaughter here for lunch today, and it was worth the wait. The food was fresh and the staff was nice. I felt bad for the staff because there were only two people working in the whole restaurant. The lady at the register ran her tail off and the guy cooking was running back-and-forth between the back, the front and the window. They really could use help. I felt so bad for them. But they were still kind everybody who showed up. Two families walked out because of the wait, but it wasn’t the workers fault, they are understaffed. Maybe a manager could work.“
