I don’t write reviews often but the customer service I just received from one of the young ladies working the drive-thru tonight was awesome! Great customer service is hard to come by these days. I wish I would’ve caught her name. She deserves a raise!! Keep up the great work, it really makes a difference (:
We just popped in after getting gas, so I wasn't expecting much. But everyone was so nice and friendly, and we enjoyed talking with Dameon who went above and beyond. Even the person who gave us our food was friendly when they didn't need to be. Later, when a small mixup happened, they specifically came to find us at our table and make it right immediately. They were great and made what I expected to be a quick stop for food a great experience.

The wife and I stopped at Arby’s in Rigby for lunch on 3/27/2024. It was after 2:00 PM so the big sign in the window listed what you could get and the price between 2:00 and 5:00 PM. We ordered based on the sign and was told that the sign was just an advertisement but the price was different. We went ahead and ordered and it cost $4.00 more than if the signs prices were honored.
