“We were a little worried because only one other car was there, but it was at 3:30 pm. We were NOT disappointed!! Chicken fajitas were so pretty and flavored so well. The perfect amount of char and the veggies were tender crisp and do yummy my hubbyrmtionrd he would even eat them without the chicken (and he usually doesn't like peppers). The chili rellano was so yummy, especially with the rice that came with the fajitas. My hubby and I shared both, savored every bite, and came away very full. We are traveling through, but can't wait to come back sometime. Well done!!I also need to mention how nice our server was and how quickly we got our food. I'm sure the time of day helped with the speed.“

“Best tacos in the area, IMO. I have tried various restaurants and taco trucks in the Magic Valley area and none even come close to the authenticity of these tacos. The freshly made tortillas make all the difference vs the gross store bought tortillas a majority of places use.“

“We ordered our food to go, so I can't. I 100% say the atmosphere is 4 stars, but what I did notice from where we waited while our food was being prepared is a clean and well-kept dining room.

We ordered steak and a chicken fajita quesadilla along with Shrimp Fajitas. I asked for extra salsa, and they delivered! And I'm glad they did, 24oz of their yummy salsa. It is so yummy! Their food was fresh and tasted great.

“This bus is a very unique experience. I was told by my wife about this place and I was a little skeptical about it. And honestly every chance I have when I'm in town I will be stopping by. It was me my wife and a close friend stopped in for lunch. They were FRIENDLY EXTREMELY POLITE AND WELL WORTH THE FLAVORFUL FOOD! I have been to many taco busses before and don't get me wrong they all have a good and bad quality about them. But the experience of going into this bus was different and smells great and amazing food. If you ever see them make a point to stop and try there food and help support this bus. However I was baffled to see how some customers have the audacity to treat the server the way they did! I watched from a table down after this customer ate and consumed his meal to question his bill about an extra charge WHICH WAS EXPLAINED in the menu! “Just got back to Burley and before home hit Taco Bandito. WTF soft corn taco fell apart in my car. No biggie my dog enjoyed it. Bring the old soft corn tacos back. Less filling and wrapped tighter and i will be back for another 6 pack of the ever tacos“
