“Homemade Mexican food, worth the drive every single time! My family and I miss them all winter and are always so excited when they open in the spring!! I literally tell everyone I know about it, if you haven't been out here you have to come!
Keep in mind they do not accept check or card so you need to bring cash with you!
Parking: It's either dead or absolutely slammed so be courteous when it's busy!“

“I’ve tried tacos from 27 different places around Burley, and this place came out on top.
The al pastor and carne asada are prepped and cooked exactly how they should be. Plenty of meat and the handmade tortillas set them apart from the others. The tacos consistently taste fresh and flavorful… not oily or overcooked like some places here.
If you’re just looking for a place to smash a bunch of tacos good tacos, go here. It’s the best in this area, no question.“

“This place offers some of the best tasting Mexican food in town. With a lot of food for the price they charge. It was hard to eat it all but it was so good we all sat there till we were stuffed. If you want great Mexican food this is a must stop and enjoy. You will not be disappointed.“

“Absolutely worth a stop. Don't go for the Twin Falls vibe, stop off in Burley and have fresh delicious Mexican food. I had the fish tacos, 3 was more than ample I found out, most places the tacos are hardly filled. Not here, filled and flowing over with freshly made soft corn tortillas! My partner insisted I order the chili relleno, thinking as I did that the portions would be small for my initial order. I am glad I ordered it! Light and flavorful, no greasiness... my partner enjoyed canitas burrito... beautifully presented and delicious to boot. We will definitely aim to stop next time we are on I-84

“This bus is a very unique experience. I was told by my wife about this place and I was a little skeptical about it. And honestly every chance I have when I'm in town I will be stopping by. It was me my wife and a close friend stopped in for lunch. They were FRIENDLY EXTREMELY POLITE AND WELL WORTH THE FLAVORFUL FOOD! I have been to many taco busses before and don't get me wrong they all have a good and bad quality about them. But the experience of going into this bus was different and smells great and amazing food. If you ever see them make a point to stop and try there food and help support this bus. You can Guarantee I will be returning in the extremely near future.“

“We ordered our food to go, so I can't. I 100% say the atmosphere is 4 stars, but what I did notice from where we waited while our food was being prepared is a clean and well-kept dining room.
We ordered steak and a chicken fajita quesadilla along with Shrimp Fajitas. I asked for extra salsa, and they delivered! And I'm glad they did, 24oz of their yummy salsa. It is so yummy! Their food was fresh and tasted great.
The staff was very friendly and welcoming.“

“Best tacos in the area, IMO. I have tried various restaurants and taco trucks in the Magic Valley area and none even come close to the authenticity of these tacos. The freshly made tortillas make all the difference vs the gross store bought tortillas a majority of places use.“

“Our favorite restaurant in Burley! We went twice during one weekend 😆 traditional Mexican with great service. Huge menu! They were PACKED on Sunday afternoon and the service was still fast. We had enchiladas suizas and taquitos rancheros.“

“This is actually a cool restaurant by means of the food choices. Could almost say fusion Mexican food.

“I love this place! My favorite part about writing this is I just watched a guy write a review about the same place at the same time. For some reason him and his wife felt they were mistreated. I witnessed the whole thing, extra things cost extra money people! And maybe eat your food before writing a review. As for me, I’ll keep coming here and enjoying the food and I will never complain about wanting extras for some extra money!!“

“Just got back to Burley and before home hit Taco Bandito. WTF soft corn taco fell apart in my car. No biggie my dog enjoyed it. Bring the old soft corn tacos back. Less filling and wrapped tighter and i will be back for another 6 pack of the ever tacos“

“Tacobell is great and I love the food I go there every night after work. The night crew is awesome even though they are always getting their butts kicked every night. From what I’ve been told is night crew barley has any help and the GM is continually trying to hire for specifically late nights and closes and keeping it afloat and only a handful of the crew is willing to help as much as they can. But those handful and what they are noticing is they are getting burnt out and they are seeing they’re own GM getting burnt out as well sounds like the gm needs better support then what they are getting and actual people who want to work and not be there for pay check. If I could remember names I’d say they’re names but all I can do is give kudos to them for supporting they’re GM as best as possible.“

“I chose Acapulco because I miss my Salvadoran pupusas in my hometown.
Acapulco's pupusas use pinto beans and authentic Mexican flavors. The beans were tasty and fresh, though not as creamy as I like. The curtido was the best I've ever had! And, the masa harina was fried to perfection - crispy outside and moist inside. Service was excellent. I noticed others ordering asada, and the asada looks amazing, and so I'll try that when I return.
They have 40oz bottles of Modelo (like sharing a bottle of wine!) and miniature bottles of Modelo and I found that a nice touch.
In addition to loving taqueria cuisine, I love trains. Get both with Acapulco, which is a stone's throw from the railroad track so I get to eat while hearing a nostalgic, roaring freight train.“
