“Wow, wow, wow! This food was outstanding. Best food that we have had so far since being in Sun Valley. We had the KFC, green beans, wontons and the ribs. Everything was made to perfection. The service was on point. The wait was worth the quality. This place lives up to the hype illustrated by other reviews. Will certainly return next time we are in Ketchum.“

“My husband and I chose Enoteca for our wedding dinner on the night of our elopement. The atmosphere, food and service are all top notch. It was exactly what we were wanting on our very special night. The Idaho trout was the best I’ve ever had and our burrata appetizer with flatbread was delicious. Huge shoutout to Cecil for making our night even more memorable! We will be back!“

“I have been to Serva 3 times, 3 years in a row when in the area for the annual Silver Collector Car Auction at the Sun Valley Resort every Labor Day Weekend. Their food is amazing! Excellent flavor, attention to detail, served in an attractive manner. I'll be back! (I love KB's Burritos, their other restaurant, also)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“We held our wedding reception at the Grill at Knob Hill on 10/13/24. Bob and the team were awesome to work with! The food was amazing from appetizers during our cocktail hour to the main dinner during our seated reception. The space transformed beautifully and Bob and his team helped make our wedding vision come true - we could not have had a better evening!“

“Vintage is one of my absolute all-time favorites! Everything on their menu and every special is amazing! The atmosphere is quite, quaint, romantic, and upscale. The waitstaff is very friendly and professional and chef Rod is amazing! They have a fantastic selection of wines are helpful to pair the best wine with your meal. I love when they run events like Lobsterfest or Trailing of the Sheep. The lunches are also amazing. Hands down one of the best restaurants in the valley.“
