My husband and I had the best-made Subway sandwiches of our lives made by Dona at this Subway store in Twin Falls, Idaho. Seriously, I've eaten a lot of sandwiches from Subway but this one was exceptional! Thank you, Dona!
The gal who served me was polite and helpful. I had an egift card that she said wouldn't scan correctly based on her past experience with them, but she let me try it anyway, and it scanned correctly from my phone so i was able to place my order. My suggestion if you're using an egift card and it doesn't want to scan, is to make sure your phone is not set to dark mode you want to set it to light mode in display settings and then try the code again.
Subway offers a pleasant dining experience. The staff is polite and helpful, with one server going above and beyond to accommodate an e-gift card issue. The restaurant's app allows for convenient ordering, and the steak and cheese wrap exceeded expectations with its balanced flavors and tender steak. The sandwiches are good, and the staff is professional and pleasant. However, during peak lunch hours, a single person handling orders and preparing food can lead to a long wait.
