“We had a very nice experience at Charleys Cheesesteaks - PHILLY STEAKS. The food was fresh, satisfying, and full of flavor, with a good variety of cheesesteaks, fries, sides, and refreshing lemonades to choose from.

What I appreciated most was the service. A special thank you to Anna for her kind assistance. She was welcoming, patient, and very helpful while we were choosing our order, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Good service always makes a meal better, and Anna definitely added a positive touch to our visit.

“I ordered the loaded tots. I did not get tots but regular French cut fries. Was not warned of this ahead of time. Fries were cooked to order then topped with cheese sauce, cooked steak, peppers, onions, and I added bacon.
Did not have any sauce other than bar b que and ranch. Would’ve liked steak sauce or chipotle sauce.
My order was fresh and veggies weren’t over cooked steak was well done and tender.
Also ordered a large Dr Pepper soda was strong and did not disappoint the acid fix (lol)..

“I ordered a cheesesteak.
No flavor. Just steak without seasoning and blan provolone cheese. And for the price of 12$ it's small. But has plenty of meat for how small.
I picked this up at a Ihop location. Good service but blan good food“

“I think it's good tasting here. I dont have a problem with the food. Worker takes your order very seriously. the fries with mild sauce are good. I like going here. Workers are very friendly. I never visited the Aurora location but don't plan on it since Naperville is good. I reccomend fish sandwiches, fries, terriyaki philly, regular philly, the steak sandwich one, or the jumbo hot dogs. The cook is very clean, I never had a problem with the food. I'm sure everything on the menu is good, I can't wait to try it. The app is very useful, I like using it. You can order and pay on there and pick it up in 15 minutes or longer. There are also rewards, I ordered a fish sandwich w/ fries the other day using my rewards.“

“Seriously, do yourself a favor and get the fries with lemon pepper. And the sauce that comes with the Philly steak? I’m not even exaggerating when I say I want to bottle it up and put it on everything.
You know those commercials where the cheese stretches forever and looks unreal? Yeah… this is that in real life. No disappointment here just pure, ooey-gooey, “I know I shouldn’t but somebody stop me” kind of bliss.
Definitely worth trying. And honestly, the people behind the counter every time I’ve gone? Absolutely superb. The staff alone would bring me back.“
