I was enjoying my bowl and since she was yelling and complaining about no sour scream, she decided to bring her daughter to try and fight the cashier ? She was doing the absolute most out of something so little and if she had such a problem, I could’ve bought her a big ahh tub of sour cream from Walmart next door.“
“The food here was delicious, I ordered a burrito with carnitas and I like the ability to customize my food. The atmosphere was bad in my opinion because it was kinda loud and the service people couldn't hear my order, the tables also make it slightly cramped. They also forgot a drink my friend ordered, but at least they didn't charge anyway.“
“Amazing chipotle. Not the closest one to me but they're very kind and give you a great amount without having to ask for extra. I take the extra drive. I was extra happy today because another chipotle left me crushed after how stressful it was. This one just had a different atmosphere. I always leave happy.“

I stopped at the Wheaton location. Got a vegi bowl to go and made it to aurora and found 2 bugs. Instantly called and got some TERRIBLE automated service.
Arrived at 8:52 to the location on rt 59 and reordered. Initially was informed I’d have to go back to the location I got it. The staff was patient, went got a manager, and the manager did right by us! This is wonderful customer service.“
