“Recently I was at chipotle and Jonathan was very nice and very friendly I found his attitude very genuine and caring I found him to be a very important asset to this chipotle team seriously he’s a very caring employee and you don’t find many like him he took my order correctly and I wasn’t sure sometimes if I wanted a specific topping he was patient with me and was very generous with the service he provided food like it came from his heart (very rare you have employees actually provide this type of service in the restaurant/fast food industry) you don’t find that many employees who are good with people ( have people skills) and his genuine attitude and personality is a very important part of this company and team more people like Jonathan the more people will be actually appreciative of the company’s and restaurants service, finally Jonathan is a key member don’t let him go usually my experience at this chipotle is either bad or decent or meh but his attitude and demeanor and genuine love for serving me and giving me service generously was above and beyond I seriously appreciate how nice this experience went. “Chipotle is always about the staff. The staff here is great I went here august 2023 and while they were young they were super helpful and attentive. We had a dietary restrictions and they answered all our questions. The food was fresh and the grill area was very clean. We came during a dinner rush so the tables were slightly dirty but nothing outrageous only thing that kept it from 5 stars“
