“I stopped going to chipotle because the portions kept getting smaller and the prices kept growing..I went to HS down the block and used to go there atleast 3 times a week for years..So it was awesome to come back for the Halloween promo (sadly it used to be a BOGO deal if you had a costume) so I got myself a bowl for $6 .. which the bowl itself was 7/10 but I already knew what to expect becuase online orders are notorious for getting smaller portions .. When I got home I opened up the bag, and the order was completely wrong. It was just someone else's order (it had a different person's name labeled on the burrito). The label on the bag matched my order, but the contents inside were wrong.Luckily, it is only a 8-minute drive back to this Chipotle. I came back and a worker immediately recognized me and knew that the order was mixed up.He remade the order and had me keep the previous order. And he was super nice and as helpful as I would hope. I did have an issue with the chips not tasting fresh, but they quickly resolved it with fresh ones for me which I appreciate. It was warm, with a hint of lime and salt -- exactly how I imagined it to be. Other than that, the food was fresh and delicious. I was able to dine in as well -- they have plenty of chairs and tables, and they also have utensils and napkins etc where you can help yourself to. The tables can be a bit cleaner. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for Chipotle. I do suggest dining in, so that you can eat it fresh, and if you have an issue you can get it resolved as opposed to taking out.“

He looked for the order and didnt find it so I just lined up again and plan to just contest the charge later. While in line, he said that I just order and wont be charged. Checked my card again and the charge was reversed. Gladly paid for it as Daniel was very good following through. We went here at 1pm and it was packed so doing something like that even if the place was hectic is excellent customer service. “The employees at this location are angels that were blessed and sent down from heaven. I order once a week at minimum and I've never had a bad bowl here (90% of the time I order delivery too). It always arrives to me within 20 minutes and let me tell you that bowl is staaaacked every single time. I ask for extra fajita veggies- always have extra. Guac? Alll up in that bowl. “I figured I needed to write something for this place after the most recent review was just incoherent gibberish. I'm a college student currently, and this Chipotle location has not only been convenient during some tough times, but it also hasn't let me down yet. Sure, there have been some times where they've needed to substitute ingredients or refund me on items, but that happens sometimes. It's not the workers fault that they run out of ingredients on busy days, or are a little stressed when making bowls and burritos during a rush. It's a well known restaurant in a busy area, so I can cut them some slack if there's a sudden lack of quality. I've gone here enough to know that not every visit is going to be terrible, unlike most people in the reviews.Keep it up guys, you're doing great, I love y'all.“
“People here are really nice and the food is great like all Chipolte. There is a security guard there who has always been friendly when I go in. The tables are not set up as inviting as I would say other Chipotle's are, but the area can be rough at times so it makes sense. If you are around and crave Chipolte, you are set.“

“I got the new steak bowl and a chicken bowl, the chicken bowl was good as usual, but the new steak bowl was a bit disappointing the advertisement of the steak was misleading you see the commercials on how the steak looks even their advertisement in the store had the steak in long Beautiful strips but this steak look like little pieces of paper nothing like what was advertised don't think I will be buying that again, normally I would give 5 stars and its not to say the store wasn't crowded the line was out the door, the product should fit the advertisement. Plus this location the areas where you sit and eat were not very clean and when I placed the two orders the counter the food is put into the bowls could have been wiped as food dropped off the spoons they certainly need to pay more attention to the how the area looks“
