“Vegetarian options: Fresh & delicious always. I've visited alot of Chipotles lately and fresh everything. The healthy drinks are phenomenal i mix them 2gether.
Dietary restrictions: They have Brown rice, and tofu
Kid-friendliness: Kid menu also
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely all is welcome lots of space“
“So the food was ammmaaazzzinnng! I’m talking best chipotle I’ve had and I’ve been eating chipotle for yearsss! Taste, temperature and freshness all on point. Employees don’t seem like they can manage a rush well since the line was half way down the block but they do try to and are friendly. The atmosphere is ok. Not the worst. Needs a little more cleaning and is kind of a tight space .“
“I stopped by this location while in the area for work at Northwestern University, and it was a decent lunch experience. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, which made the visit quick and convenient. Service was decent—friendly enough and efficient. My meal was fresh, hot, and prepared just the way I ordered it.
Overall, a reliable spot for a fast, satisfying lunch in the downtown area.“
“Been here many times, the meat portion is usually decent but you will feel scammed if you order guac.
Edit: They used to undercook the rice sometimes but things have gotten much better here, especially the service and portions compared to other Chipotles.“
“This Chipotle location is outstanding—easily one of the best I’ve visited. I’ll drive out of my way to visit this location. I’ve visited at many different times of day but the food never disappoints.
On top of that, the portions here are more generous than most other Chipotles I’ve been to.
My only feedback is that a lot of the tables were not cleaned. This was not a particularly busy period either. We had to wipe down our own table in order to dine in.“
“I feel like most Chipotles try to give you less food but this chipotle is the opposite. They give awesome portions that I believe God intended. Highly recommend, also the chips and food quality is generally higher than other Chipotles I've been to.“
“Straightforward ordering for a quick meal in the city. I like the interior of this branch - classy yet retaining the simple chipotle vibes. My burrito was stuffed with lots of ingredients. Steak meat was great, especially when paired with Tabasco sauces on the counter. Super filling!“
“I went into this Chipotle expecting just normal service, but walked in and was greeted with a great welcoming environment with great
customer service. A girl by the name Dulce I think, was being friendly, patient, and able to handle all kinds of things while clearly taking orders, talking with coworkers, avoiding mistakes. This was prime time for lunch so there was a big line but the crew kept up during rushes without slowing down. The best thing was they did everything while getting my orders right, and following instructions exactly.“
“First off, I want to discuss the manager Julian all he does is goof off with his fellow coworkers, this staff blows. I went to this chipotle to have a good time with my boyfriends and the soda machine was out and was spraying everywhere squirting all over me like all over. “Been to this Chipotle many times. Service is nice and enjoy the staff. The only thing I have sometimes is with the chef who is cooking. The rice is sometimes filled with way too much lemon/lime flavor and it’s very strong. I’m okay with a bit of flavor but that is way too much“
“Definitely a first choice Chipotle. Most other locations have their good days and bad days but this location is fairly consistent with the cooking and customer service is straight forward, no team members having a bad day and taking it out on customers here.“

“I got a steak bowl with rice & guacamole. About 50% of the meat was all fat. Flavor wasn't really present. I had to keep spitting chunks of fat every other bite. It was my 1st time trying out a Chipotle, probably my last. Especially for the price on the portions.“

“Sour cream everywhere! I got to this Chipotle and it was absolutely packed; line through both doors. The service was quick though, and I got my Chicken Al Pastor bowl pretty quickly. The only problem was this man absolutely drowned me in sour cream! The bowl was still good, and the chicken al pastor was saucy with a nice adobo flavor. Is it better than regular chicken? Maybe. I think I paid $11 for the bowl. I give it a 4 star review, although it would be funny to contribute to the “downfall” of Chipotle ?“
“Honestly, all the times I’ve been here everyone’s nice and they give me the portions I want because I asked nicely. Overall great chipotle no idea who the manager so everyone there when I go they give good customer service. Only reason I’m not doing five stars is because their Diet Coke taste like Dr Pepper lol but aside from that pretty good. Their new sauce is fire tho“
“This is one of the cleanest Chipotle Mexican Grill I’ve ever eaten from!!! The staff was super friendly and they had everything stocked up even with us coming in 15 minutes before!! This is the Chipotle to hit if you want clean and excellent service!!“

“Customer service literally 10/10 so understanding when I had trouble with a mobile order Xochi made everything right and went above and beyond for me and my husband when we were at a loss.

“I wish I had a picture of my burrito bowl.. unfortunately I devoured it a whole week before I even thought to do so.. I asked for extra rice and double meat and guess what I got? EXTRA RICE AND DOUBLE MEAT IN EPIC PROPORTION.. it was hot, it was delicious, and it was expensive so I can’t go back til payday.. but I promise I WILL go back..

“I was on my way to a doctor’s appointment on 2/9 at 11:20 a.m. and stopped in, fully expecting not to enjoy my food because I’ve had a bad sinus infection and couldn’t taste or smell anything. There was a long line, but no problem. I ordered my bowl and a small drink, sat down, and honestly thought it wouldn’t make a difference. Then I took my first bite and to my surprise, I could taste it. Not just taste it, but it tasted exactly like Chipotle did 20 years ago when I first tried it. It instantly brought back memories I didn’t even realize I’d forgotten: standing in line at the Chipotle on 95th, watching them roll my burrito, going home, taking my first bite, and offering my little sister a taste only for her to say she wished she had gotten Chipotle instead of McDonald’s because it was that good. This meal was more than food; it was a moment. Huge thanks to the employees at this location for bringing that quality and flavor back. Please keep up the great work.“

“I'm a loyal consistent customer at this location and you can definitely tell there is a difference in food quality and control as compared to some other locations I've visited. Sometimes there's a wait but the proportions always make up for it. “I had a great experience today at the brickyard Chipotle. The carne asada tacos i had were probably 4.3 out of 5 star quality. I could tell it was high quality beef used and guac as well. Only reason I didn't give 5 star is because they were stingy with guac portion on tacos. Add a bit more guac to tacos and beef and I'll giv3 5 stars.“
“I’ve been to this location many times over the years, but tonight I went after a workout during rush hour. It was well staffed and things ran super smoothly. Honestly the best customer service I’ve seen at a chipotle, prompt, responsive, focused.“

They did it again I was helped out by the general manager and her professional skills was tested today by some but she kept it cool. The food was on point and I ate everything I almost ate the damn bowl that's how amazing it was.
Remember these employees already have to deal with bullshit at times don't go in there with your bullshit to make they day worse. Be respectful get your food and get your ass out of there or just go somewhere else.

“If you love Mexican food, then come to Chipotle! You get to customize what you want to eat. It's like Subway, but with Mexican food.
I had the chicken tacos with hard shells. The ingredients were fresh and you get really good portion of each item you want. For example, I got a lot of chicken that I wasn't sure how it would all fit into the shells!“
