“I made a mess of their dining room on during a medical episode (I worked out on an empty stomach and drank too much water. Ill let you do the math there), and the staff did not make me feel bad, helped, and checked on me.
I also can verify that they cleaned up everything up to code and standards of health both for themselves as the employee but also keeping other customers safe.
Yes, I recognize some of that is a legal and liability issue, but they still treated me with kindness and care that I appreciated.“
“So the food was ammmaaazzzinnng! I’m talking best chipotle I’ve had and I’ve been eating chipotle for yearsss! Taste, temperature and freshness all on point. Employees don’t seem like they can manage a rush well since the line was half way down the block but they do try to and are friendly. The atmosphere is ok. Not the worst. “This location is exceptional. The food as in the honey chipotle chicken was just succulent and perfect. But the customer service made it even better. One person did my order, another did the toppings and 3rd checked me out at the register all 3 of them were exemplary and very kind. I love south loop but they put more emphasis on the happy/friendly side here“
“This Chipotle location is outstanding—easily one of the best I’ve visited. I’ll drive out of my way to visit this location. I’ve visited at many different times of day but the food never disappoints.
On top of that, the portions here are more generous than most other Chipotles I’ve been to.
My only feedback is that a lot of the tables were not cleaned. This was not a particularly busy period either. We had to wipe down our own table in order to dine in.“
“I stopped by this location while in the area for work at Northwestern University, and it was a decent lunch experience. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, which made the visit quick and convenient. Service was decent—friendly enough and efficient. My meal was fresh, hot, and prepared just the way I ordered it.

“I got in and out so quick today, plus the service was so friendly and accommodating! Shoutout to everyone on the line today, Ulysses, Andy, Brandon! My bowl tasted fresh and the cashier even exchanged my chips for me with no problem (the first bag tasted a little blan to me; all tortilla chip and no lime or salt). At the end of it, everything hit the spot. I’m glad I stopped in.“
“I got a steak bowl with rice & guacamole. About 50% of the meat was all fat. Flavor wasn't really present. I had to keep spitting chunks of fat every other bite. It was my 1st time trying out a Chipotle, probably my last. Especially for the price on the portions.“
“Been to this Chipotle many times. Service is nice and enjoy the staff. The only thing I have sometimes is with the chef who is cooking. The rice is sometimes filled with way too much lemon/lime flavor and it’s very strong. I’m okay with a bit of flavor but that is way too much“

customer service. A girl by the name Dulce I think, was being friendly, patient, and able to handle all kinds of things while clearly taking orders, talking with coworkers, avoiding mistakes. This was prime time for lunch so there was a big line but the crew kept up during rushes without slowing down. The best thing was they did everything while getting my orders right, and following instructions exactly.“
“This is very well run Chipotle, for some reason their food tastes better than most other locations, and other fast Mexican restaurant companies. Service is fast. The crew should be proud of their skill. Only negative is for Chipotle in general, charging extra for guacamole.“

“I just want to come on here and say Daniel is an absolute beast. He handled an entire line out the door with a smile and assured that customers left satisfied. The lobby although busy, was still very clean and well managed. The food was hot and fresh, which made it enjoyable. Although they could work on the chips the seasoning on the guac (highly recommend) helped elevate the flavor of the chips. I would absolutely be coming back to this location with no hesitation!!!!! Amazing staff! Clean and it shows they care about customer service.“
“Sour cream everywhere! I got to this Chipotle and it was absolutely packed; line through both doors. The service was quick though, and I got my Chicken Al Pastor bowl pretty quickly. The only problem was this man absolutely drowned me in sour cream! The bowl was still good, and the chicken al pastor was saucy with a nice adobo flavor. Is it better than regular chicken? Maybe. I think I paid $11 for the bowl. I give it a 4 star review, although it would be funny to contribute to the “downfall” of Chipotle ?“

“I was on my way to a doctor’s appointment on 2/9 at 11:20 a.m. and stopped in, fully expecting not to enjoy my food because I’ve had a bad sinus infection and couldn’t taste or smell anything. There was a long line, but no problem. I ordered my bowl and a small drink, sat down, and honestly thought it wouldn’t make a difference. Then I took my first bite and to my surprise, I could taste it. Not just taste it, but it tasted exactly like Chipotle did 20 years ago when I first tried it. It instantly brought back memories I didn’t even realize I’d forgotten: standing in line at the Chipotle on 95th, watching them roll my burrito, going home, taking my first bite, and offering my little sister a taste only for her to say she wished she had gotten Chipotle instead of McDonald’s because it was that good. This meal was more than food; it was a moment. Huge thanks to the employees at this location for bringing that quality and flavor back. Please keep up the great work.“

“For vegetarian person they have the yummiest and healthiest options over there like wrap,chipotle bowl, chips and dip,drink, taco etc. Also for Muslims they have plant based protein that is exactly taste like meat. It’s budget friendly, quantity is enough for a person to eat full stomach. Taste is 10 out of 10 always. Much recommended.“

I haven't been to Chipotle in a long time, but I've heard nothing but complaints about how small the portions have gotten, but that wasn't the case today. This was also my first visit to this location. I will say that during my time just sitting here eating my food, I observed all of the employees staying busy, whether cooking/assisting customers/cleaning. Thanks for a late lunch, Chipotle! “I had a great experience today at the brickyard Chipotle. The carne asada tacos i had were probably 4.3 out of 5 star quality. I could tell it was high quality beef used and guac as well. Only reason I didn't give 5 star is because they were stingy with guac portion on tacos. Add a bit more guac to tacos and beef and I'll giv3 5 stars.“
“Fernando is top notch. I had a pick up order…I was walking home and got a call with him apologizing that he forgot the shells in the kids taco meal. He offered to have them delivered or a free item added to my account. I get chipotle ALOT…and missing items isn’t fun, it happens. I’ve never had a store call to rectify. A+++ service.“

They did it again I was helped out by the general manager and her professional skills was tested today by some but she kept it cool. The food was on point and I ate everything I almost ate the damn bowl that's how amazing it was.
Remember these employees already have to deal with bullshit at times don't go in there with your bullshit to make they day worse. Be respectful get your food and get your ass out of there or just go somewhere else.
