Was given a soggy burrito that leaked like a sieve all over the table. Despite the store being empty the burrito slinger rushed/slapped it together and didn’t bother draining any of the ingredients as he added them. Typically I like chipotle, but not this location.
One of the best Chipotle's I've been in (and those are many!). The staff actually cares and are efficient, and the quality never disappoints. I sometimes got smaller portions as others have noticed, but that doesn't bother me that much. It has to do more with their training/management than the employees - they are following the company's orders and I have had this experience in other branches. Oh well. This Chipotle, located in downtown Chicago, was wonderful. The food and service were the same quality I've become accustomed to over the years. The restaurant was clean, and I quickly had my favorite burrito ready to be devoured. I'll not hesitate to visit this location again the next time I am in thr city.
