Food is great. However, I feel that the staff is rude. I've eaten here multiple times, and it feels that the staff at the register are rude. My primary complaint is that they throw the food across the counter and at you instead of handing you the food.
This was the best bowl I have ever had. My bowl creator was the most gentle and kind guy that has ever made a bowl for me. He gave me extra sour cream and cheese and it was very delicious. Edwin Ramirez was the guy and he needs to be promoted ASAP. THANK YOU EDWIN

The barbacoa bowl wasn't *bad*(although the meat had the usual steam table drawback of cooling down), but the chips and salsa I ordered lacked an important ingredient - the salsa - and the keypad code on the bathroom door didn't work. I'm willing to chalk those problems up to poor management issues (Saturday shifts at a lot of upscale fast food places tend to suffer from them), but there's a lot of things they need to improve on.
