“I've been to this location three times now and figured that was enough to leave a review. Overall, it's one of the better Chipotles I've been to. The place is consistently clean, which is more than I can say for some other locations. Portions have been solid every time—not the skimpy scoops like they used to do.
Staff-wise, they’re not rude, just seem like they don’t really want to be there. I get it, food service is rough, but a little energy or a smile wouldn’t hurt. Music is at a decent volume, not blasting like a club, which I appreciate. Only real downside is the hot sauce station—it could be cleaned and stocked a bit more regularly.
Not perfect, but definitely reliable if you're craving Chipotle.“
“In a world of terrible chipotles, this has stood out to me as one of their better locations in the area. I always receive fair portions and friendly service, and whoever is on the grill knows what they are doing. I will routinely go out of my way to get lunch from this location rather than the other chipotle that is around the corner from my office.“
“I am an I am a firefighter and Every single time I order a salad bowl with extra rice extra beans, extra everything they always do me right because I went to the one in Oswego and it was very bad. I only got one scoop even though I had ordered two extra scoops and I only got like a very small portion and every time I go to Orchard, I always get the right exact portion. They go away and beyond with portions and I love that and they never disappoint. I will never be going to Oswego ever again because Orchard always will win.“
“The Chipotle at 848 N. Route 59 in Aurora (near Liberty and Jefferson) is the ONLY Chipotle I like in the Chicago suburbs. It's all about the people. At this location, the food is always fresh, everything is clean, and most amazing of all, the staff are friendly — and they actually SMILE.
The whole vibe changes when employees genuinely care about the customer experience. Maybe the team at this location should help train some of the other stores.
