“(2025) Brunch Cafe - Addison, IL I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brunch Cafe in Addison, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! Our waitress, Febe, provided EXCELLENT service—she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was amazing, coming out hot and fresh, just as we hoped. From the fluffy pancakes to the savory breakfast burrito, every dish was delicious and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. In my opinion, this restaurant should be rated #1 in Addison, IL for breakfast. No other place comes close to the quality and service we experienced here. Highly recommend! (2024) How ever long is your wait is please wait. It’s definitely worth the wait. Their food is absolutely delicious and our waitress was professional + friendly. Carrot cake pancakes are my new favorite.“

“Lake St Cafe is such a hidden gem! The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and you can really tell they care about quality. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming perfect for a relaxed breakfast or lunch. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel right at home. “I have been in this restaurant for more than 4 times. I highly recommend it. There are a lot of parking. Once you come in; you are greeted with a warm greeting and and enthusiastic smule by the host or owner. The servers are very accommodating , friendly and helpful. They check on their customers for whatever they need until your meal is done. The busboys are hardworking and any requests will be granted right away. The food/dishes are cooked just the way you requests. Their steaks and eggs are up to par. The prices are decently priced. For what they serve you, good amounts of food. Well worth it. Freshness and presentations of foods are stupendous! Never did I have any complaints the way the place is ran. Very clean. Wide open. Eventhough i live far. I kept going back and i know when i leave, my tummy is full, content and some take home left overs. Check their menu. Check the big breakfast meal. You can't go wrong with their reasonable prices. First Watch exceeded expectations and over delivered. The place was bustling, we got seated promptly and our server was so nice and was always smiling :) The barbacoa chilaquiles were 11/10 and the french toast was 11/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“Excellent cut above breakfast/brunch located in the heart of Mt. Prospect. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very good parking around rear of the building. Indoor noise level is happy without being overbearing.
The menu is extensive with plenty of sweet and savory choices.
The crepes and French toast with fresh fruit are good choices.
I'm always looking for a special country fried steak. Found it here. Nice piece of beef, no gristle etc , with excellent tasty super crisp breading. Country gravy had the perfect amount of bite, however I added a little crushed pepper to taste. Eggs, hash browns, and sourdough toast to boot.
Topped off with a mimosa and LaVazza coffee for a perfect Sunday breakfast.“

The eggs were silky smooth, melt-in-your-mouth delicious, perfectly flavored and paired beautifully with fresh avocado. The brioche bread pulls everything together — soft, rich, and just indulgent enough. I love how they “tuck” the sandwich into the cutest little box, and the sriracha mayo sauce is incredible. “Stopped here for breakfast, 1st time and I would definitely recommend it. The service was excellent and the food was great (real, fresh, hot, cooked to order)! I had the sampler with oatmeal pancakes and they were delicious!!! My other options included the chicken avocado crepe and Mediterranean omelette. The coffee was good, it came to the table in its own thermal to stay hot. I highly recommend!!“

“It's a decent breakfast place. Portions are good but it's not cheap. Also I feel like the quality of their food has gone down noticeably since I first went there three years ago, my Mom doesn't want to go here anymore. It's still good enough, but Hen House of Wheaton is down the road and their food is WAY better. But also way more pricey. It's in this weird place where it's not cheap enough for me to want it as a budget option, but the food isn't quite good enough for me to want to have brunch with my parents.“

“This was our first time eating at YiaYia's Cafe in Hinsdale, Illinois. The restaurant and bathroom was very clean. The food was great tasting and perfect portions. The waitress was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be coming back to eat here again!
