“I just got Dave’s from the drive-thru. I can’t express how much I absolutely adored Morgan who was taking my order and was as sweet as can be! She’s such a hard worker for a young girl. I wish there were more people like her not only in the service industry, but also I wish there were more people like her in this world. Dave’s, if you have an employee of the month, a plaque of some kind, a raise, or a scholarship, Morgan deserves that and more! I work in the service industry myself and it’s not easy, you definitely come across people who are hard to get along with. Even though most of the time people are trying their best. If anyone ever has something negative to say about this store or Morgan, it will be the guests' who is in the wrong, not Morgan’s! I can’t wait to come back and hopefully see her again the next time I order here!“

“Took my four kids (ages 5-11) for the first time and they loved it! The portion for the kids meal is great and they all really enjoyed the chicken. The only downside is the kids meal does not come with any Texas toast. Besides that, the whole family was fed, full and happy 😁“

“Just picked up dinner for the family and was so impressed with Suzi and her team. I pulled into the drive thru and when I asked about some online coupons they had available they were super kind, explaining that I had to order them thru the app in order to get the discounts. I told them thank you for explaining and that I would pull out the the drive thru, place the order and come back thru when it was ready! They actually seemed shocked that someone would do that instead of yelling at them about the procedure and thanked me!
When I pulled back thru the drive thru one of two of my orders were ready so they asked if I could pull around by the front door.
They were soooo busy too! People in the drive thru and people going inside. As I watched, they seemed to get people thru both lines quickly. People walking out of the restaurant seemed happy!
When Suzi brought out my order, she brought it out with a smile and apologized for the wait! There really wasn’t a wait! I told her that het whole team was doing great! She mentioned she was two people short today so that made her happy to hear that service wasn’t suffering!!! Keep up the good work! You guys rocked it today!! Btw…. Dinner was amazing!!!“

“Came in around 4pm and was greeted quickly and decided to try the Tuesday Tender special and some fried shrimp🍤. The mild sauce was on point🤌 and everything was fantastic and fresh! The lady was really nice as well and they had a good vibe going in there. Also the portions/prices are really good! 🔥“

“The chicken here is controversial, this place will either be a miss or your go to for the best chicken you've ever had. I am the latter. Food seems to appear about 6 seconds after you order it and all the staff are happy and energetic.“

“I go here usually when I am in Waconda. If I don’t grab a dinner for my family and I, I always grab one piece of chicken. Their food is always hot and fresh. The thing I like most though is the customer service there. Everyone’s nice, but I’ve grown very attached to one of the employees who I always have waiting on me. His name is Cole and he works the Drive Up window and, the inside register. He’s very polite and considerate and helpful. And when he graduates from high school, and goes to college we will have a new EMT in the area. Which I can guarantee with his personality and kindness he will make a fine addition to any town. So needless to say if you go to Kentucky fried chicken, make sure you say hi to Cole and if you have any questions, even if they’re in another language, he’ll try to help you. This is something I witnessed firsthand with him the other day. He took his time to work with a man and the language app on the phone to help out the customer. So go have some chicken and say hello to Cole!!!!“

“Good food as usual. They have these ordering kiosks for self ordering. Not a fan. If I wanted a job at KFC I would apply. To management... You want to keep more 30+ customers, always have a person willing to help to take orders. I did have help but not after I attempted and failed as a faux employee.“
