My husband and I recently got food poisoning. I should of save what we did not eat and taking it back but to sick to do so. I have been talking to Leo, Bri and Burt who are managers. Well, just found out Leo is not a manager. I was told they would refund my money and still nothing. Also told they contact corporate which was not true. Still waiting to hear.I should not have to wait 11 for my money.

first of all don't tell me you have the peppermint shake and then when I go to pickup my food... sorry miscommunication we don't have it. And the Italian beef was not up to portillos standards tough disappointing.
