“I always feel welcome at my neighborhood Starbucks. Always a friendly greeting waiting for me, which is very welcome in this world where being greeted is more and more rare.Even when I order online, I still feel like they care about me as a customer.My favorite food is the dbl bacon breakfast sandwich and the banana nut bread. One of my favorite drinks is the caramel ribbon crunch frapp.I satisfy my dietary needs by using the phone app to customize my drink (i.e. coconut milk instead of cream or milk, decaf espresso, or other add-ins.) Using the app makes me feel confident that my drink order wasn't misheard and saves me the embarrassment and judgement of rattling off my laundry list of preferences.
Dietary restrictions: The app is the perfect way to order a drink according to dietary preferences. The app also shows when the store you're trying to order from is out of certain supplies so you can avoid wasting time.“
“Always loved this Starbucks - great little outdoor patio area for the pleasant summer/spring days. I also liked the convenience of this one for their drive thru on my way to I-90 from Randall Road. If I had a flight from Ohare, I'd zip here at the Drive thru and usually don't have to wait more than 5 mins even with cars in front of me. It does get busy in those morning - 6:30 AM to 9AM time slots. But they do their best to get cars through.“
“Another great Starbucks location! This location was clean and well organized. All the treats at the register were stocked and looked great. The employees were all very nice to us as at the time we were the only two people inside of the store and there looked to be only one car in the drive thru. Our order came out very quickly and was delicious.“
