“I always love coming here & frequently do when I want a good hearty meal or bringing friends. We are always kindly greeted & welcomed when arriving. It smells wonderful & makes us more hungry! We are served a cup of soup (gratis) with every meal including breakfast (their soups are delicious). The staff is friendly & always accommodating. Our food is served hot in generous proportions & for the price (very reasonable compared to other restaurants of this kind), it can’t be beat. Greek owned, the hospitality & food is reflective of the Greek Culture, representing pride, family, community, friendship, kindness & duty of service that is offered to their guests. This is known as Philotimo (pronounced “Fi-ló-timo” [Fee-low-timo]).“

“So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. Thank you guy so much. We will see you guys soon.“

I had the corned beef benedict and not only was it the best corned beef I've ever had in my life, but the orange juice was amazing, the service was great, and the value was fabulous also! “I placed an order to go. Was informed that there was a $3.00 to go charge and a gratuity would be added on the order cause it was over $100.00. After I checked the receipt, $18.35 was the gratuity. I thought it would be maybe $5.00. Very disappointed. Had I known this, I would have come into the restaurant and ate there had them provide me with service. I am a senior and that was definetly not right. I've already instructed my family not to get me gift card from Maple and Jam.“

“Orland Oasis hit the spot for breakfast. The place was quiet, simple, and laid back. Nothing fancy, just easy to sit down and eat.

The staff was super friendly. They checked in enough but didn’t hover, and they seemed like they actually cared about the people eating there.

I got the Everything Skillet with scrambled eggs. It had peppers, onions, mushrooms, bacon, basically a mix of everything. The veggies still had a little crunch, the bacon was crispy, and the whole thing just tasted good. Big enough to fill me up.

Honestly, that’s all I wanted. Good food, no hassle, and a calm start to the morning.“

It's still the best bang for your buck, however, today I has the ribeye med well Hashrowns with onion bell peppers and cheese with French toast and everything was a hit. “We just landed and were headed to the family they suggested this place as being reasonable with large portions and delicious eats. It's a no-thrills, older (outdated decor) clean place. This a neighborhood spot the kind you get up and run around the corner to grab a bite before you start your errands!

I have a gluten intolerance and I dont miss the pancakes w the sourdough French toast option, or just plain sourdough toast. There strawberry jelly is delicious, fresh squeeze orange juice. Oh and there ginger spiced tea is delicious too. No bleached tea bag, actually quality tea....love this place. Expensive but, worth it“

The meats were cooked to my liking, no uncooked bacon, and the potatoes were fully cooked to perfection. The eggs were cheesy and blended together easily in my skillet. “This restaurant was kaddie corner to my Grandparents on Albany Ave. I went there when I was a boy in the 1970's...it was great back then. It says something that it is still around and still retains the Restaurant Neon sign on it. I would see that illuminated out my Gram's back window... Love it.“
