“I order carryout most times via the mobile app. The online/app specials make it worth while. So far, every time I've come in everyone is very friendly and attentive. The pizza has been made properly, it's fresh (I look at the tracker and arrive on time) & delicious!“

“Just had a great experience at the Alton Pizza Hut. Purchased the Tuesday special online it was ready in a timely manner. I was greeted by nice young man who was very friendly. I know the Tuesday specials may be busy at times however we all love a great deal so please be mindful of that. I just had a wonderful experience and wanted to share.“

“I only put 3 stars for the atmosphere because it's WAY too small of a building for the amount of business they get and there is literally maybe 4 chairs inside where you can sit and wait so when they are busy for the people who would rather go inside instead of using the drive thru end up stuck standing or will go wait in their car. Also I've noticed that if you go inside to order and there are cars in the drive thru already or cars happen to pull up after you walk in but before the worker takes your order then 9 times out of 10 the workers will always take ALL the drive thru orders before the inside orders.“

“We ordered tonight and service was slow because they were sooo busy, it took us much longer than expected to get our order. BUT the food was worth it. Everything was hot and fresh, good quality. We will never bad mad about waiting a little longer for well made food. Will definitely order again“

“My partner and I had a genuinely great experience at this KFC on 11/28 during the lunch hour and it truly deserves recognition. The front line order taker, Winter, made an immediate positive impression. She was friendly, personable, and welcomed every guest with the same warm and genuine attitude no matter if it was slow or busy. Her service was prompt and pleasant, and it felt far from the robotic interactions you sometimes get in fast food. She really set the tone for the visit.

The lobby was clean and well kept and the whole team carried a helpful and upbeat energy. Another employee went out of their way to hand me my food directly rather than just placing it on the counter. It was a small gesture but it made the experience feel more considerate and attentive.

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. It was everything we hope for when we visit KFC. What made this visit stand out was how the staff elevated the interaction. They engaged comfortably with customers, showed genuine care in their service, and made a typical fast food stop feel much more meaningful.

Overall, it was an excellent visit for both of us and definitely a location we would happily return to.“

“We waited an unusual amount of time. And then we didn't receive everything. I went in to get the missing item and a woman trying to take her break was the one keeping everything together. She helped me get what I needed even though she was on her precious break time! I really appreciated that. So all in all a good experience. But until more employees get experience, you probably shouldn't go here if you're in a hurry. 😅“

“Town Grill has not disappointed. I’ve had their party wings and their gyro salad and both were phenomenal. The wings are crispy and flavorful and the gyro salad was super fresh with green peppers and onions and the meat was super tasty and tender. You get plenty of food and the prices are on point for the amount of food you get. If you like Miami Grill you will definitely enjoy Town Grill!“

“I don’t know what going on at the Pump house but things seem to be heading south. During the last several visits the service has not been good, especially if you’re not sitting at the bar. I’m sure they don’t have enough help like everywhere else. The steak I had this evening was luke warm at best. It looked like it had been setting on the counter at the grill for quite a while before it was brought out to our table. It’s probably time to start spending our money somewhere else.“
