“Lia's a champ, literally. Pastries are amazing, and her GF/DF are indistinguishable from the regular offering, none of that grainy texture you sometimes get from coconut flour. If you call in advance, they can take special orders. Excellent bakery.“

“We love The Cookie Factory! With that said, the quality of the cookies is declining. My personal fave is the chocolate chip with pecan, but they are so thin and sparce. Same goes for my hubby's fave the munchie bag. One of the few places from the 80s left in the mall. We go twice a month, I want to love it again.“
